Terry runs operations behind the scenes — dispatching crews, coordinating with adjusters, and making sure every project stays on track from initial call through final walk-through.

If you've ever called us outside normal business hours, there's a good chance Terry was the one making sure the right crew got to you fast. Her role is less visible than Rockey's and Dillion's, but she's the reason our 60-minute response window is actually 60 minutes.
